Admin Assistant, Marketing

The Admin Assistant will see to support the efficient operation of the marketing team. The ideal candidate will coordinate various administrative tasks, manage departmental communication, and assist with marketing projects to ensure smooth workflow and successful execution of marketing strategies.

Key Accountabilities

    • Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
    • Prepare reports and dashboards to track the performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns
    • Support in compiling and coordinating reports from team members as requested.
    • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation for the marketing department
    • Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and other related materials.
    • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information within the department and to other departments as required
    • Compile communications and documents, and bilingually translate (English - Arabic) all as requested. 
    • Assist in tracking and managing the marketing department’s budget and expenses.
    • Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.

Strategy & Business Planning

    • Support the marketing team in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
    • Assist in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
    • Liaise with external parties and government entities to facilitate timely delivery of  marketing initiatives.

Working Conditions

Necessary Experience

  • 7 - 12 years of experience, previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within the real estate industry, is a must.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
