The role of Assistant Owner Representative Manager is pivotal in bridging the gap between our hotels ownership group and the hotels management teams, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and overall success of our properties.

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between City Edge Developments and the hotel operators.
  • Oversee and evaluate hotel performance through financial reports, operational metrics, and guest satisfaction scores.
  • Work with the Director of Operations and General Managers to enhance revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits to assess hotel conditions and compliance with brand standards.
  • Assist in budgets review, capital expenditure plans, and major contracts.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and management contract HMA in coordination with the finance department, according to the Uniform system accounts for the lodging industry.
  • Represent the owning company in vendor negotiations and stakeholder interactions.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for the hotels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Travel to various hotel locations as required.
  • Oversee and evaluate the FF&E and OS&E with the register of the fixed assets.
  • Perform any additional task as requested according the company policy and procedures.

Necessary Experience

  • 7-12 years of experience in five star hotel management, operations, or ownership (owner) representation.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations system, financial management, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and relevant software.
  • Flexibility to travel and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

 

 

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
  • MBA or Master’s Degree in related fields would be desirable.
