Engineer, Development / Design

Role

The Development Engineer will assist in the coordination and reviewing of tasks related to City Edge Development (CED)’s projects.

Key Accountabilities

• Support in ensuring assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and guidelines within procedures and quality standards.
• Support in explanation of project scope and the associated costs as required.
• Monitor work progress, provide financial control, and ensure quality of deliveries.
• Prepare, consolidate progress reports and presentations of the assigned projects to the department Lead.
• Support in managing the relation with the relevant parties.
• Ensure that projects comply with all applicable legal requirements and regulations.
• Responsible for designing, creating and testing new products.
• Assist in the coordination with all other departments and external parties, if any, concerning new & ongoing developments in order to meet the projects milestones.
• Assist in the review of all design deliverables.
• Review required marketing material(s) related to the concerned project(s).
• Perform any additional task as requested.

Necessary Experience

• 1 - 3 years of related experience.
• Previous experience in Design / Design Management / Development is a must. 

Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
