Role

Assist the Marketing team to enhance the company’s brand, including liaising with marketing partners to execute marketing activities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist the team in developing company brand proposition and guidelines
  • Assist in development of overall marketing communications framework and policy
  • Conceptualize and work with Marketing team to ensure on-time and cost-effective execution of marketing projects, including campaigns and events
  • Work on special initiatives for marketing department, such as: Revamp and maintain company website and mobile app, Design and manage the company newsletter, Develop report templates for communication with internal stakeholders
  • Initiate Loyalty Program towards client engagement
  • Develop and maintain mailing list for marketing campaigns
  • Gather and report market intelligence on company and brand perception
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
  • Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
  • Support the maintenance and development of internal tools, including tracking capability, global contact directory, and intranet sites
  • Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
  • Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
  • Perform any additional tasks as requested.

•    Revise quarterly the benefits expenditures versus planned budget to ensure control and compliance with the set budget.

Necessary Experience

1-3 years of related experience, preferably in the real estate industry. 

 

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
