Occupation Description
- Oversee and coordinate with the handover team onsite construction progress, project delivery, and client handover processes by liaising with city authorities, contractors, HO teams to ensure compliance with handover plan and operations requirements.
Job Scope
- Liaise the liveable zones with Development, FM, community and Handover teams.
- Review the as built drawings with the contract drawings to ensure their integrity.
- Review the clients’ contracts before units delivery
- Coordinate with AR, collection, sales operations the financial positions of the clients to facilitate the delivery and operations of the project.
- Contact the client to with technical issues and communicate their inquiries to designated teams
- Conduct regular site visits to be able to review, update the site progress, and generate progress reports and status updates.
- Support in providing progress reports for all handover/potential for handover buildings while revising the priority with the operations team as per the units’ eligibility.
- Document and follow up on the handover forms receiving and documentation on SAP.
- Ensure that hard copy and electronic record files as required are maintained in good order to comply with the required process.

Education and Training
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- AutoCAD and Ms. Office user.
Most Common Work Experience Requested
- 7 - 12 years of experience, previous experience in operations with technical office/ consultant background.
- Experience work in a “performance-based” environment to foster it within the team.
- Certification in Real Estate Management is preferred.
