Occupation Description

The SAP / ERP Specialist has experience to support, optimize, and enhance enterprise systems across key business functions. He / She will play a critical role in system support, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Scope

- Support and maintain SAP / ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA or Cx) across modules such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, or HR.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Sales, HR, Operations).
- Manage and support system integrations (e.g., SAP with CRM, Ariba, Maximo, etc.).
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Support data migration, testing (UAT), and system upgrades.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare documentation and provide end-user training.
- Perform any additional task as requested according to the company’s policies and procedures.

Education and Training

- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Most Common Work Experience Requested

- 5 years of experience working with SAP / ERP systems.

- Hands-on experience in at least two core SAP module: o FI/CO (Finance) o MM (Procurement) o CX (Sales / Services) o HCM / SF (HR)

- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices.

- Experience with ERP integrations and interfaces.

- Good knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., SAP Fiori, Power BI, or BTB).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Preferred Qualifications:

 - Experience with SAP S/4HANA or cloud-based ERP systems.

- Familiarity with SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, or SAP Customer Experience.

- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging or development.

- Experience in integration technologies (APIs, IDocs, middleware).

- PMP, SAP certification, or equivalent is a plus.
