Role
The Digital Marketing Section Head will design and oversee all aspects of digital marketing department including marketing database, email shots, and display advertising campaigns.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook etc.)
- Launch optimized online adverts through SEO, SEM, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
- Prepare marketing promotional campaigns and organize their distribution through various digital channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website and mobile app
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Maintain partnerships with social media and media buying agencies and vendors
- Prepare accurate reports on digital marketing campaign’s overall performance.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting real estate industry.
- Evaluate important metrics that affect website and mobile app traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
- Prepare monthly/ yearly strategy for all types of digital content.
- Monitor the leads count and performance by-weekly (campaigns, organic, website & Mobile App)
- Track and update the media spending budget on monthly basis.
- Handel the social media coverage of the company events.
- Perform any additional task as requested.

Necessary Experience
- 7 - 12 years of related experience, preferably in the real estate field.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related or equivalent
