Role

The Marketing Section Head will be responsible for handling new marketing strategies and campaigns based on a detailed analysis of market forces.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop the marketing plan with its budget that ensures achieving the company’s objectives.
  • Design and create an advertising plan of the projects and its unique selling points and communications channels.
  • Handle the corporate campaign and strategy.
  • Identify new communication opportunities and implement them through print, design, PR, media and advertising agencies in translating brand marketing objectives into creative communication material.
  • Handle PR press conferences and the media interviews.
  • Handle the Monthly marketing reports.
  • Handle the ROI’s of each event /activation.
  • Handle creative corporate/ project treatment.
  • Perform any additional task as requested.

Necessary Experience

  • 7-12 years of related experience.
  • Previous experience in Real Estate is preferred

 

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
