Role
The Senior Analyst assists in monitoring business updates by studying and evaluating the company’s current/future Investments, launches pricing as well assisting in the decision -making process by communicating with other departments.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in Developing and maintaining master plan Feasibilities for potential investment opportunities, in coordination with development team.
- Assist in Developing a Business Plan Model on a quarterly basis to allow for an accurate view of the project profitability and cash flow profile and continuously update the development team.
- Collaborate with development team in reviewing the master plans throughout various asset classes (residential, retail, offices & hospitality), to ensure the optimal land use efficiency and the suitable commercial mix.
- Establish and maintain cost models and allocations for the project.
- Prepare Pricing proposals for real estate and commercial units and premium setting projects for new projects.
- Assess projects performance and suggest the required price adjustments in timely manner with monitoring sales periodical sales performance report and sales inventory report.
- Collaborate with the development team in issuing development briefs.
- Apply real estate systems (ERP and SAP) to upload all unit attributes (areas - Prices and Payment plan), which improves all workflows in collaboration with the development team.
- Perform any additional task as requested.

Necessary Experience
3 – 5 years of related experience in the real estate industry.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
- MBA - CFA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- High level of experience using Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and any analytical tools.
