Occupation Description
The Talent Management Senior Executive is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, with a heavy focus on sourcing and headhunting high-performing candidates. The role involves building a sustainable talent pipeline to support the company’s expansion.
Job Scope
- Implement an effective recruitment process to attract top talent in the real estate industry.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for open positions.
- Manage the on boarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.
- Identify and develop high-potential employees for future leadership roles and opportunities for growth and development.
- Participate in having a solid succession planning and talent management program.
- Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Organize team-building activities and social events.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee departures
- Perform any additional tasks as requested according to the company’s policies and procedures.

Education and Training
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Engineering or equivalent.
Most Common Work Experience Requested
- 3-5 years of related experience of which a minimum of 1-2 years should be in a similar position/responsibility, preferably in a real estate Industry.
- Experience in a fast-growth environment and a decentralized environment.
- Experience work in a “performance-based” environment to foster it within the team.
