Senior Executive, Facility Management (New Alamein)

Role

The Senior Facility Management Executive will be responsible for project’s daily operations such as air conditioning, BMS, elevators, electrical network… etc. He / She will also oversee the soft services such as housekeeping, landscaping, and security services.

Key Accountabilities

• Supervise and conduct daily walkthrough plans in coordination with service providers to stand on the daily operations and a proper implementation of operation plans.
• Manage daily clients’ service requests and complaints to match the targeted CSAT score target for the department.
• Implement preventative maintenance plan with O&M service providers.
• Provide guidance, direction, and assistance to technicians and labours working in related disciplines.
• Maintain technical communication between on-site technicians and the management.
• Perform daily tasks required to stand on operations updates.
• Participate in monthly assessments for service providers’ performance to stand on the quality of services provided and the number of pending tasks according to the set KPIs/SLA.
• Ensure all premises comply with current legislation and health & safety standards
• Manage daily operation works and enhancement projects implemented by the department.
• Adhere to guidelines in regards to the identification and reporting of health and safety hazards.
• Commit to various operational hours and schedules.
• Perform any additional tasks that will be related to this job.

Necessary Experience

•  
• 3 – 5 years of experience in the real estate field.
• Proven work experience in FM in either an “in-house” or a service provider capacity.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
