The Property Consultant uses his/her in-depth knowledge and selling skills to ensure meeting the company’s sales target, all while maintaining the same standard when it comes to clientele.
Job Scope
- Achieve individual monthly sales targets as set by management.Promote properties through calls, customers’ lists distributed internally, meetings/showings, and networking.
- Follow up on potential customers frequently.
- Conduct meetings with the customers to seal the deals indoors and outdoors.
- Do showings with the customers on whichever desirable project indoors and outdoors.
- Maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure future sales.
- Have full knowledge of the projects assigned to the company’s sales team.
- Pass the knowledge gained and experience to the rest of the sales team.
Job Scope
- Find and implement a resolution for customer complaints.
- Capitalize on negotiation tactics and skills to sell the company’s projects.
- Reach out to customer leads through all possible channels.
- Achieve agreed Sales targets within the required SLA.
- Be aware of the most recent sales practices and promotional activities.
- Submit the required reports, when needed.
- Perform any additional tasks as requested according to the company’s policies and procedures.
