Senior Property Consultant, Sales

Role
Sales Supervisor/Senior Property Consultant/Property Consultant uses his/her in depth knowledge & selling skills to ensure meeting the company’s sales target, all while maintaining the same standard when it comes to clientele.
Key Accountabilities
• Achieve individual monthly sales target as set by management.
• Promote properties through calls, customers’ lists distributed internally, meetings/showings, and networking.
• Follow up on potential customers quite often.
• Conduct meetings with the customers to seal the deals indoors and outdoors.
• Do showings with the customers on whichever desirable project indoors and outdoors.
• Send emails, social media announcements, and phone messages to existing and potential customers about new/updated projects.
• Participate in creating and enhancing the presentations/material sent to the customers.
• Maintain positive business relationship with customers to ensure future sales.
• Have full knowledge of the projects assigned to the company’s sales team.
• Pass the knowledge gained and experience to the rest of the sales team.
• Find and implement a resolution for customer complaints.
• Capitalize on negotiation tactics & skills to Sell company’s real estate products
• Reach out to customer leads through all possible channels
• Achieve agreed upon Sales targets within the required timeframe
• Coordinate sales activities with team members to achieve efficient outcome
• Provide direct manager/management with required reports on customer needs, issues, requirements and potential products
• Get updates on real estate market trends and products
• Be aware of the most recent sales practices and promotional activities
• Submit orders by referring to published pricelist.
• Submit the required reports on client calls and daily/weekly/monthly plans
• Solve customer complaints by investigating the issue, propose solution and make recommendations to the manager

Working Conditions
Office Based role with normal working conditions and normal physical effort. Commuting to the field is required. Does not require international travel
Necessary Experience
• 4-6 years of related experience of which a minimum of 2-3 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.
• Experience in a fast growth environment and a decentralized environment.
• Experience at working in a “performance based” environment to foster it within the team.
• Previous experience in real estate is preferred
Education Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in any business field
