The Sales Operations Executive plays an integral role in providing administrative support in the day-to-day variety of sales operations activities. He/she is the point of reference for the sales teams and the customer service teams in providing assistance in the planning, execution, and management of the Sales activities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist in the monitoring, processing, distribution, reassignment, and account identification of leads and orders that route from various sources such as email campaigns, advertisements, webinars, and events including updating records in CRM system.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams in generating new ideas for sales campaigns, developing and supporting both the email and telesales campaign process including requesting data, segmenting data, integrating results into a campaign management application, creating lead types, and analysing post-campaign results to support marketing and sales campaign planning and forecasting.
  • Ensure that the sales process is carried out according to Policy, Procedures and all Regulations.
  • Act as a main pivotal role between sales department and all other departments.
  • Responsible for the customer database update.
  • Responsible for all the necessary procedures for documents control and archiving process.
  • Responsible for all Refund and cancelled cheques to be delivered to the entitled customers.
  • Review and reply to all CIL mails on daily basis according to up-to-date policies.
  • Responsible for all Upgrade, downgrade, consolidated and cancellation cases in coordination with Customer Relations department.
  • Responsible for preparing broker’s claims, in addition to broker’s database.
  • Review all prepared Customer’s and broker’s contracts with their information, before and after the signatures process.

Strategy & Business Planning

  • Review the contract before the client’s signature in order to eliminate any errors if any.
  • Inform the sales representative with the unit availability.
  • Support sales representative with all needed procedures to reserve a unit.
  • Verify all paper work are complete and accurate after receiving it from the Sales representative.
  • Finalize all daily deals including Reservation forms, contracts, cheques and validated receipts then deliver it directly to finance department to be ready for the final next step.
  • Monitor all rules, policies and regulations are followed and implemented successfully before and after any deal.
  • Support the sales department in its daily workflow and sales information analysis through different channels.
  • Receive cancellation requests for reserved and contracted units and validate the presented documents.
  • Reserve, send and receive reservations and contracts for overseas clients.
  • Perform any additional tasks that will be related to this job.

Necessary Experience

3 - 5 years of experience, preferably in a similar industry.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.
